Our Emergency Shelter supports program participants to ground themselves after crisis or a period of homelessness. DOVE Support Staff helped to ensure the safety of program participants 365 days/year 24/7, while Advocates assisted participants to seek transitional and/or permanent housing and economic stability beyond shelter
