
Sue Chandler
Executive Director
Sue Chandler (she/her) has served as Executive Director of DOVE since February 1, 2010. She brings over two decades of non-profit leadership and management to her role. She earned her undergraduate degree at Bowdoin College in Maine, Master of Public Health and Master of Social Work degrees at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, and completed a Certificate Program in Nonprofit Management & Leadership through the Boston University School of Management Executive Leadership Program in 2011. Immediately prior to her appointment at DOVE, she was the Director of the Community Advocacy Program (CAP) of CCHERS, Inc., in Boston, a partnership of community health center-based domestic violence programs serving Dorchester and Roxbury. A native of Maine, Sue currently resides in Westwood, MA.
