Adrienne Gerlach

Adrienne Gerlach is the Vice President of Quality and Safety at South Shore Health. She is responsible for overseeing quality, safety and patient experience for the system. 

Prior to working at South Shore Health, Adrienne spent many years working in local and state government in New York City and Boston. She most recently served the Commonwealth of Massachusetts under both Governors Patrick and Baker. ​

Adrienne has volunteered for over 10 years as an advocate for domestic violence and sexual assault survivors and is thrilled to have the opportunity to work with DOVE.

Adrienne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan and a Master of Public Administration in Health Policy and Management from New York University. She lives in Hingham with her husband and two children.
