Christie Fusi

Christie Fusi (she/her) is an accomplished business leader in a multibillion-dollar medical device manufacturing organization. She has over 20 years of experience in operations, sourcing, and supply chain with a heavy focus on leadership, mentoring/coaching, professional development and diversity, inclusivity, and equity. Christie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Massachusetts and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island. She has been volunteering in her community throughout her life starting as a Brownie, as a Junior Volunteer at a local hospital, in soup kitchens/food pantries, as a fundraiser for the YMCA, and as a mentor/Big Sister in various programs. She has also served as a member of the board of directors for The White Family Foundation in Rhode Island. She is married with 2 amazing children and 2 reasonably well-behaved rescue dogs. She has a myriad of hobbies including travel, reading, jigsaw puzzles, card games, running, yoga, spinning, and most recently skiing. As a lifelong resident of the areas served by DOVE, Christie is incredibly excited to bring her performance management and strategic planning skills to this team to drive the mission and vision forward. She serves on the board in loving memory of her sister.
