DOVE is proud to present our Strategic Plan for FY2023-2026. 
This four-year strategic plan was co-created and informed by the DOVE Board of Directors, staff, and an array of community stakeholders and partners through an interactive planning process spanning nearly 12 months.
We utilized feedback to shape five key goals that will lead our work over the next four years.
Over the next four years, DOVE will look to this strategic plan to guide our work and keep us focused, especially in times of uncertainty.
